Japan 05:23
I know you won't wait to guide me Until the day you denied me They said our love was so turnkey No longer pledged to promote me Now I'm in Japan Travel when I can We signed the line to be set free A broken branch on the family tree I'm drinking things with a teaspoon On foreign chairs lit by half moons Now I'm in Japan Travel when I can Now I'm in Japan Travel when I can Set me lightly down Set me lightly down Set me lightly down Set me lightly down

about

Japan is the latest single from dream pop project Slow Salvation. After releasing their debut album 'Here We Lie' in 2023 on Velvet Blue Music the duo of Christina Hernandez and Travis Trevisan continued their cross country collaboration. The results are a brand new single that is simultaneously catchy and dreamy, an earworm for the New Year. Collaborators include Matt McCartie (Driver Eight, Theft) on drums and mastering by Simon Scott (Slowdive).
